All ponies/horses must have Influenza Vaccination Certificates, which undeniably relates to that pony/horse, completed, signed and stamped on each line by a Veterinary Surgeon, who is not the owner of the animal.
It must state that the pony/horse has received 2 injections for Primary Vaccination against Equine Influenza given not less than 21 days and not more than 92 days apart. In addition, a first booster injection must be given no less than 150 days and no more than 215 days after the second injection of the Primary Vaccination. Subsequently, booster injections must be given at intervals of not more then 1 year apart, commencing after the first booster injection.
SUMMARY
1st Vaccination
2nd Vaccination 21days (3 Weeks) to 92 days (13 weeks) later.
3rd Vaccination 150 days (5 months) to 215 days (7 months) after 2nd Vaccination.
THEREAFTER, AN ANNUAL VACCINATION (WITHIN THE YEAR) IS REQUIRED.
IMPORTANT
Please remember that it is important to keep your pony/horse fully vaccinated (a) to stop the spread of Influenza amont other ponies/horses (b) you will not be allowed to enter some camps, competitions(RDS) without them.
